Refund policy

30-Day First-Order Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first NOXIYA order, so you can try mouth taping with confidence. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. This guarantee applies exclusively to your first order with NOXIYA.

To qualify, the order must be the first purchase you've made with NOXIYA.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@noxiya.com within the 30-day period.

If your request is approved, we'll refund the full purchase price of your eligible first order to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product. No shipping anything back, no return labels, and no restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@noxiya.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us assess the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The 30-day first-order guarantee applies only to your first purchase of NOXIYA products. Subsequent orders are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.

Gift cards and other items explicitly marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds under this policy, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at hello@noxiya.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges for other reasons are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and any relevant statutory exceptions.

Where this right applies, we will provide instructions for exercising it in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day first-order guarantee.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or card provider to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed after our confirmation, contact us at hello@noxiya.com and we'll chase it down.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@noxiya.com. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
